The following bullet
points provide an example of the services provided to a Management Company.
This service provision will be tailored to suit the needs of the individual
Company, it's Directors and the terms and conditions within the legal
documents outlining the requirements of the Company.
Secretarial Tasks
- Provide a Registered
Address for the Company.
- Retain all Company
Documentation.
- Arrange the completion,
prior to signature, of all routine documents to be filed with Companies
House.
- Arrange the completion,
prior to signature, of all routine documentation filed with the Inland
Revenue.
- Prepare and retain
a "bundle" of required documents for submission to vendor's
solicitors.
- Prepare and retain
a "bundle" of required documents for submission to purchaser's
solicitors.
- Complete legal
formalities of Transfer, seal and issue Membership Certificates.
- Compile and retain
Agenda and Minutes of Meetings.
Administrative Tasks
- Act as a general
liaison and communication point for Company Members.
- Represent the Company when communicating with any third party.
- Compile and administer routine accounts.
- Cut, sign and forward cheques of payment.
- Prepare accounts annually prior to submission to the accountant to include
Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure ledgers.
- Prepare accounts for submission at General Meetings.
- Assist in compilation of Insurance Claims when or if required.
- Advise Directors and Secretary on the content of the Memorandum and Articles
of Association and the Lease.
- Complete ad hoc duties as instructed by the Directors.
